I'm sure you've heard there are many benefits to reading.

This is a fairly obvious benefit because reading will help to improve your spelling and grammar.

Reading can motivate you into improving yourself. For example, a self-help book or it can motivate you to become more confident by gaining knowledge of a certain subject/topic.

Not only does reading help to relax you. It also helps you to fall asleep and have a good night's rest.
